How much can a strata corporation charge for access or copies of records?

A strata corporation is prohibited from charging a fee to access and inspect strata corporation records. 1 If a property management company charges a fee to prepare records for inspection, this fee must be borne by the strata corporation, not the owner, tenant or other authorized person.
When copies of records are requested, a strata corporation may charge a maximum fee of $0.25 per page. 2 A strata corporation may withhold copies of strata records until the permitted fee is paid. 3
