Must a strata corporation have bylaws?

Yes. Strata corporations must have bylaws for the administration, control, management, maintenance, use and enjoyment of the strata lots, common property, common assets and the strata corporation generally. 1

By default, a strata corporation without bylaws registered in the Land Title Office must use the Standard Bylaws. 2
